When you create a business, yes, you have the illusion of control. But with each round of investment, and this is something that i feel is not disgust enough, you start losing controls. It's just, it's very difficult for me to articulate in words that sensation of not being able to share that vision any more. As part of growth, you need to learn to delegate.
