Talent brand isn't a bad word combination to describe, are you going to charge around in your community and say, yeah, you know what, you should come work here? So that whole word, how are they being as intentional about talent brand as they have been about their own product or service marketing brand? That's a very interesting thing to kind of get into. And it's tied to things that we haven't really peeled the onion on.
