Paying Off All Debt - Avoiding Debt at All Costs
I think a lot of people would say ideally we would never have any debt We would always have the financial resources to hit all of our other life goals and pay for things with cash. Well, that is not the world that we live in And it takes time for us to build our finances to where we are our own insurance Where anything that happensWe have the cash whether it's liquidating assets and liquidating investment But we have thefinancial resources to cover those things at any time. It takes often especially if you're living a balanced life a decade or 15 years to go from fresh out of school to a 10-15 million dollar nest egg.
