The Role of Genetics in Ciliac Disease

Ciliac disease much more to a complex organ specific or to immune disorder like type one diabetes and so then the question becomes why do we develop it. Why do certain people develop let's say allergy to eat and other develop ciliac disease because this is a completely different type of immune response. The timing of the vial infection seems to be very important for celiac disease but even within the same family of viruses only very few viruses will do it. There are many checkpoints in our body that are going to prevent dysregulated immune responses.
