The Senate Freedom of Information Act Is a Doozy
Schumer, Rubio and Gillibrand made this bipartisan legislation. It says Freedom of Information Act has proven inadequate in achieving the timely public disclosure of government unidentified anomalous phenomena records that are subject to mandatory declassification review. So that's an implicit and explicit sorry, acknowledgement that the Congress has been improperly, if not illegally withheld information. This is serious shit price.
