The move to have these military bases opened up for migrant children was made by the department of health and human services. I don't remember hearing it happen before during the time this crisis has gone on. It's worth pointing out that this crisis has really been at this crazy level, really ever since the obama era. We also have a, the current president is a rapist, and the previous president was a rapist. And this is the kind of government we have taking migrant children om n inm that don't have anyone in advocating them right now.
