The Importance of Hypnosis
"For years, my mind put the image in my head of someone wearing a boxy astronaut suit and a mirrored helmet because I don't think I could handle what I'd seen," she says. "It wasn't until hypnotherapy that it made it clear for me ... this being had a head like that of an insect of some kind,. huge eyes, not unlike what some people would call praying mantis." She continues: "They led me to dress back and part of my school uniform, although they didn't give me back my shoes, backpack or blazer, though those things would be on me when I ended up back at my house later".
