The Logos and the Resilience of Love

Love is the way that it draws us more deeply into reality rather than floods us with good feeling. Christianity can be seen to embrace that which is tragic not because it writes off that which's tragic but precisely because it's through the experience of loss even the experience of death that the reliability and constancy of love are known.
