To be a good communicator, you have to be a good listener. Allow the person to talk, because then the person has ownership of an idea. And fostering trust and feeling a sense of involvement in engagement comes from the other person talking more than you do. I cannot guarantee that i will be able to come up with or suggestions that are the best suggestions out there, but at least i can serve as a sounding bot for you.
