How to Avoid a Bad Deal

Lender loaned me money on a property that and about a year later, i realized i should not have bought this property. It was in a bad location. I wasn't goin t be able to liquidate it fast enough. So i basically sol were going to sell that property, or get rid of that property, but i'm going to take a loss on it. And when i did though, as i went back to mi, i said, i need to sit down and have a conference. We need to sat down and talk.
