Mark O'Mara: "I've heard a million people come here and say, I was trading at this firm and they told me I'd have a mentor and he did this" He says it just doesn't really work like that. The toughest is when you tell someone that's working hard, that it's not working. And then on the flip side, sometimes having to tell a really good trader, it's time to slow down or take a day off.
