The Ladder of Abstraction
The ability to go up and down the ladder of abstraction that is what determines let's say or it really helps if you're in a leadership position. What do you mean by that? Can you expand a bit? Yeah. So this is one of my like God's breath factor that's I think one of the designers or whatever at Apple who got very bitter about Apple is fun. He writes these blog posts which are called 'ladders of abstraction' And then he has these code snippets visualizing and highlighting the problem and it builds up step by step. The higher you go, the bigger the family of problems that you can solve but the less specific.
