The Long Kelp Line
The kelp line stretches from buoy to buoy and is suspended three feet below the water surface. It was so heavy, you could hardly lift the line up even when it's not blowing. The neighbors were far enough out that some had concerns because sometimes we don't have the knowledge of what's going on. But for the most part, I think everyone's supportive of it.
