The Confusion Around Overfitting

I understand why people are upset. I understand the emotions and the feelings that are brought about by the subject. But even though I empathize with the spirit of the litigation, I cannot condone the way in which it's being conducted. It could be dangerous, even dangerous for the interest of artists because they're bringing it in the United States where this is actually not settled law. At the moment, it's still not 100% sure that this is that this falls under for use of the US, for example. And so, if it would be possible that if these goes all the way and they get a negative decision, that could actually be detrimental in the future.
