At Telly, there's not really a division between marketing and engineering at all. I think for us, what really helps me is that I was, until recently, also doing a big part of customer support. When you are an entrepreneur, and you build your own company, you're so much more connected with the success of the company. So it's easy for you to understand how crucial it is to have marketing and development connected.
