The Future of the Multifamily Investment Sales Market
The multifamily market has been a little bit of a roller coaster from a sentiment perspective. A lot of sellers are trying to decide whether or not now's the time to transact. The pressure that was being created on borrowers with floating rate debt and those interest rate escrow caps were really kind of creating on those owners. We thought that that would probably manifest itself into a little bit more kind of foreselling. And we really have not seen any material foreselling at this point in the market.
