After a c section, the doctor notices some suspicious tissue. Instead of telling lorlen, he tells her husband that she has cancer. And basically wallace is like, ok, well, don't tell her. She starts radiation treatment in late december of 19 65. But by then, you know, so much time has passed. There's not much she can do. Der the illness is, it's so troubling because essentially, they have their fourth childfor janie, lee, va, c section for her.
