The Sustainability of Uranium and Nuclear

Uranium is a small piece of the final kilowatt hour price. But if you were to run reactors that breed more fuel out of existing 238, then you start to open up a fairly extreme amount of energy. You're looking at several billion years of fuel in combination with land-based resources. If it doesn't give us enough uranium to make it worth our while, I'd just as soon not prefer to have our atmosphere burned off.
