Why Judges Are Too Quick to Keep People in Jail
In recent decades, the decision to keep people in jail has been made more often. When people are kept in jail before trial, there's a lot of good research showing that they're much more likely to plead guilty. A number of january sixth defendants went home who i do wonder if this weren't the january sixth as whether those people would have been allowed to go home or not. As i said, i think judges are usually very quick to keeping people in jail, too quick to keepPeople in jail. I hope that that opinion influences cases that aren't about people storming the capital to try to keep an election from taking effect. How con mehones of collective energy?
