The Cinnamon Challenge

There are a lot of videos that I've watched on YouTube, you know, or other longer form video platforms where people are explaining the reason why and the good things that they had at the workplace. And that I think that's great. That's like sharing experiences for people who are either looking for joining the company that they just quit or trying to understand the whole process. America doesn't have leave. It doesn't have maternity leave. It Doesn't have mandatory vacation time. The United States needs to federally mandate leave for everyone in every state in every town and every kind of job. These need to be mandated to provide people with human work environments.
