I would thank my ten year old self for his hopefulness and fortitude. Deep down inside, i'm the same kid who was fighting for his own individualism. Do you remember what the words were that you wrote the poem for your grandmother? I don't. My mother can't find the programme, so i don't remember what those words were. And that's ok, because i remember how i felt to hear them loud, and then to have family members come to me and say they made me feel something.
