Building a Culture That's Protectable
I'm not worried about competitors coming after me because I'll work them every day and night right the question is did we build our business in a way that is protectable because it is invincible. There's some truth to every every cliche but if you're ruthlessly focused on solving the problem for your customer and listening then they have a new problem by definition. You see a lot things change fast and they're changing faster in today's world so I think that's a really critical question to keep asking yourself are you expanding into the new problem?
