Ox firm did an intermittent review of that. They went into those figures, looked at all the different projects and found only 20 billion was unequivocally for climate change. The rest of it was double counting money they were giving for development assistance. So this is the backdrop we're working with now. Silimol says even what they've promised to deliver isn't enough. Support needs to go further than mitigation and adaptation. There needs to be funding for what's called loss and damage.
