How to Engage With Customers in an Office Environment
It's always got to start with the very basics, which are, you know, eye contact. Can you read if someone is having a bad day? Maybe they don't want to talk. Names of customers is very important, very difficult, I remember. If you actually ask someone, particularly if it's someone you're seeing every day, four, five, six times a week, you will remember that.
