How I Learned to Train for CrossFit

I started training in 97 when I was 15 years old for basketball in high school. After college, ate a bunch of food, drank alcohol, continued training. Then after that, fell into CrossFit, owned a CrossFit gym from 2010 through 2016. And competed in CrossFit and kind of came out the other side of that in 2015, 2016. So yeah, now I'm here, do some online coaching and just really happy that I've been able to make a life out of this industry.
