It will start hearing public testimony from senior figures in the summer. Some people don't expect it to report until the other side of a general election. So we're talking a couple of years at least and some people think it could be way, way longer than that. Do you make it so comprehensive that you cannot be possibly accused of having left anything untouched? Or do you seek to learn lessons relatively quickly in case basically you need to implement them sooner rather than later with something that isn't a million miles different from Covid? That's kind of where we are.
