Naren: How do I know when I have enough demand to add these two additional days of hygiene? Naren: When you're looking at adding hygiene days, we want to look at your supply and demand. If you've added hygiene days before you have the ability to fill them, then that can backfire because now you've got open time on the hygiene schedule which is not productive. And so oftentimes what I find is practices get kind of complacent and they get they just stay at six days of hygiene  and don't grow.
