The Value of Curiousity in Working

I have a lot of nostalgia for that style of working and I actually try to do a lot of that nowadays in figuring out and teaching designers and developers how to collaborate. Back in my day there wasn't clear lines between what was a developer and a designer and a front end developer so you did it by happy accidents. Now we have cleaned that up so much that you just lose the serendipity like I think at that time you did a lot just by happy accidents and I think we have we have tuned our software so much to this point where you can no longer have accidents in it.
