Are the German Refineries Ready to Ship the Coal?

Ou've any idea about the viability of these floating eleng platforms that are, you know, being constructed, apparently, and in record times. I notice i know of one which it's e 75 tewat ours rejatification facility they are currently building, and they are hoping to get in on line by the end of this year. Whether they can do that is questionable, but its safe to say that they will probably get at maybe they will get some. But they definitely won't get enough rejustification plants built and operationl em before the end of the winter.
