Famine was avoided in this region in 20 16 and 20 17. What needs to happen so that we could hopefully be in that situation instead of 20 11? i think first and foremost, the u n says that they need more resources and they need more funding. There has been a lot of funding trort balls, not just in samalia or east africa, but sort of across the world due to the war in ukrane. I'm watching this very closely to see if they catch on.
