The Importance of Making Rules in Agile Transformations

If you don't make rules, everything will go off the rails. We have a discomfort as people spending very much time defining the problem. I think transformation is a misnomer for the undertaking. It's really more of a transition and how far that transition goes depends on a lot of factors. And it's no small amount of money been made by people applying some of these methodologies,. mindsets and approaches as tools for just that.
