The eight year scared, yane, sad, happy, guilt, shame, jealousy, envy. So those are the eight that i work with st often, on a kind of pure basis. It comes down to these eight because they are still really important. If you've done something wrong, you are supposed to make repair. But biologically, evolutionarily, we are designed to have a reaction rather than a response.
