The most he does is pull up his hood a little bit until it falls down because he started running or something and then he just leaves it down. Even after he knows explicitly that his image has been put out there, pretty much every criminal on this one criminal planet is looking for him. I still think this is a recurring thing to this show where Obi-Wan puts precisely zero effort into his disguises. It's also what they do in the scene that they're constantly referencing here.
