The Problem With S.E.
S.E. is the train company, intercity train company here in the state of Sweden. It feels like their staff have excellent empathy for the people that are traveling on the trains. But many other touch points don't really fall in line with that style or that empathy which is a shame. They should be listening to their staff more, I think, than talking to them.
