The tone that I think was instilled in me the most at seal team one was being professional and that applied to like, hey, when you're in the field, you're a professional. When it's time to make comms, you make freaking comms. The same thing with the guys that were in my first platoon. They were a little bit more light-hearted, but they were professionals and you didn't want to mess up. You wanted to be a good operator. That's what you wanted to be known as. And so that's what you did. This is just the way it was."
