Do You Really Want Holocracy to Work?
If you really want holocrasy to work, you've got to have g t d practices. Practice is built on a foundation of people who can notice somethings on their minds. You can't do that across a whole company or organization if you can't start by just doing that as an individual practice. And any calocracy forces that need it higlights the need. But you stll have to attend to it.
