Civil Forvature - What's Happening?

The case is called Tim's versus Indiana. Tyson Tim's is the is the petitioner. But it is also about a very obscure bit of civil procedure that OA listeners know about, which is the incorporation doctrine. And this is really it's a super interesting case for law geeks like me and for our listeners. The first time I learned about it was when I was in high school debate. It says, Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech. Well, why on earth would that apply to like what Berkeley does on its campus? Right? Like that's not Congress making a law. That's incorporation.
