360 Feedback - What's Your Process?

Bob Eichenjur and Michael Amardo started the company Lomingo. They used 360 feedback to start a conversation about areas for potential development. Now, they're using competencies or how do you use 360? What's your process? And what one of the things I'm using is to be able to identify that shift from the individual contributor to manager in an organization.
