The Importance of Tough Assignments

Take on tough assignments and this is just a good thing across the board you're gonna learn a lot. Develop your leadership philosophy early but continue to refine it make it better as time goes on. Get some rise out of some people, not everyone deserves a mentor yeah. Don't volunteer for anything right I think that's a big mistake I mean you you got a volunteer to take on those tough things.
