Transitioning Into Freelance?

The first time that I moved into freelance, I was much more on the like, grass is always greener. This looks like such a nice lifestyle. But that's not actually the case. So just really getting comfortable and understanding that why and talking to other freelancers who are in this space so that you can almost validate what you're thinking would be the positives. Of course, the biggest negative was like not having a paycheck come in. That was the biggest concern for me. And another thing that I would definitely have you think about is are you senior enough in your role?
