Is Iowa State Redshirting?

There were rumblings at Iowa State that Terry Rozier wasn't ready to play. His mom thought he was just going to redshirt, but his dad convinced him otherwise. Rozier started every game besides one the next year and went on to win a national championship with the Cyclones.
