i think if you want to work with the big fish, you'd better be prepared to show some results. At least it doesn't necessarily need to be in a related field. When i went to work for jeff, i was coming from inhouse retail,. I mean, we're talking writing physical print catalogues and sending daily retail broadcasts. And that's not internet marketing. It's definitely a different field, but there are transferable skills. So i think if you bring some results to the table, and then you show them how you connect the dots between what you've generated and what you can do, i think that's a good place to start.
