Data Science - What's the Best Practice?

Senior executives at legacy companies still don't understand the value of data and insights from data. Data science needs to be captured in some way, almost like a wicipedia for data science where you know exactly kind of the way that those things are done. There's this belief that if that information is scarce, it makes what data scis, scientists bring to the table as inherently more valuable. And i think that if you want o democratize data science, or get more people to be interested in this stuff, or be impactful and to grow, you really need to disseminate this information.
