The food that best suits human needs in my estimation is meat And it doesn't keep it all So you have all these different ways of dealing with it. In the 1700s, we use salt in abundance and we do salted pork because it's a little softer It's higher pufa, a little bit less saturated fat And so it cures better. The Native American tradition of pemma can is way more like sittle But I believe that the processed food that we offer as part and parcel of our fiat world makes us bolder.
