"This is the kind of thing where i want us to all be responsible for protecting everyone else in the group," she says. "If someone, if you feel like someone is becoming uncomfortable with something that we're discussing, anyone here can put the brakes on the group and say, hey, are we sure we really want to discuss this?" She then asks her listeners who they think is responsible for change in the group: "Do you believe that zal is responsible for your change? Or do you believe that all of the above, absolutely!"
