I think we should demand full control and transparency of the data on those things. I'm personally excited about that future, but also even if you're not, it's coming. So let's figure out how to do it in the least painful and the most positive. You need to be able to trust the basic humanity of the leader. Exactly. And also that that leader is not going to be a puppet of a larger machine. But they actually have a significant role in defining the culture and the way the company operates. Plus one totally agree. It's really empowering as long as you can like delete the data or know how the data are being used.
