The Importance of a Dashboard in Sales

I'm curious, when you're talking to a prospective client, do you highlight this whole dashboard thing with people? Because I'm sure I know this to be true in our world as well. Some people don't really want to see how the sausage is made. But then there are some people who are very detailed oriented who want to know what's happening from point A to point B. For those people, we take them through the dashboard. We take them through everything that's going to happen from the time they actually get off the call with the salesperson to the first contact with the coach. And this is the reason why we get results.
