The Justice Department's Response to the Supreme Court's Judgments
The Justice Department says it acknowledges that some judges have disagreed with its view on testimonial immunity. The department cites a string of opinions by judges in both the federal court for the district of d c and the appeals court in d c, essentially saying, we don't agree with see here.
