CHAPTER

The Invisible Billionaire Daniel Ludwig by Jerry Shields

Daniel Ludwig was one of the least known but most successful people that I've ever come across. He had a good idea in theory, hey, 30 years from now, we're going to have a huge paper shortage. The machines he was using to try to do that were also at the same time destroying all the nutrients in the soil. So basically destroyed his own soil and the trees wouldn't grow. They would start to yield half as much as he needed to - it was terrible. And then he wind up selling it and not making any money; company he sold to would have to assume hundreds of millions of dollars of debt.
