How to Create Content That Adds Value and Creates Community
One of the things that I've noticed that a lot of people do is they go to connect and then immediately the message that they have for the connection is, Hey, I deal in commercial real estate. So instead of going into the DMS of everybody, which may work, we're not going to completely say don't ever DM people, but that's one form. What you have really found that kind of one of the more effective forms is really to create content that adds value and creates community.
